At Universal Audio, we stand behind the quality of our professional audio interfaces and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request and obtain your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and registration cards, ensuring the hardware is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the internal firmware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
